We are a licensed locksmith. We take our professional and legal responsibility seriously. Our clients are putting the security of their homes and businesses into our hands. Anyone hiring a locksmith needs to know that they are responsible, accountable, and reliable.
Because of this, we are proud to display our license to practice our trade. An image of our most recent license is shown above, and a copy is prominently displayed in our showroom. This is not just a document to us: it’s a sign of our commitment to our community, our industry and our high standards.
Aren’t All Locksmiths Licensed?
All locksmiths should be licensed, but that doesn’t mean they are.
Nassau county requires all locksmiths to be licensed, but the law is not rigorously enforced. As a result, most Locksmiths claims to be licensed are as flimsy as the locks they install.
There’s only one way to be sure: Ask a “licensed Locksmith” for their license number, or ask to see their license, before you let them work for you. You’d be surprised how many supposed “licensed locksmiths” will disappear if you ask them for proof.
